Wipe grill mat with a soft damp cloth to remove all food residue off.
For dishwasher: Place mats on the top rack.
For hand-washing: Clean with soap and warm water.

1. Don't place directly on charcoal, place the mat over the grill grates approx 7 inches from the burners.
